McDonald's Coupon Books

Postby JimmyNichols » Mon Jan 07, 2013 8:11 am

Soon I will have 1000 McDonald's Couon Books. The team paid $0.25 each for them, we sell them for $5.00, yes, that is $4.75 in profit. The books contain $30 in coupons. Each team member will need to sell 20 books. The goal is to have them sold before the end of build season, the sooner the better!!

This Could be a great source of income for the team and can be really successful if the students go above and beyond that small amount of 20 books each!!!

Coupon Books are in. 48 on roster x 20 per person = 960 books sold.

Lets see who can sell the fastest?

What if we gave a prize to the top 2 or 3 sellers, who sells the most? There was no incentive to selling the candy bars...maybe we should offer something this time?

I would hope the incentive is we can pay for robot parts and help cover costs for the championship should we qualify.

I would hope so too, but we still haven't sold all of the candy bars with the incentive that we could pay for parts and the trips.

That is true, but we also didn't have a driving force behind that one. The parent who spearheaded had an illness in the family and no one pushed it.

I will be pushing these things to be sold so that we can buy parts and help with other costs. Also, this years team seems so much more focused and energized about everything. I just hope the long season doesn't wear on them.

I agree, this seems to be the best start to the season since I've joined the team!
